The Retail Service Delivery Manager will work with a number of key functions within the IT department that enable the delivery of a high- quality service to end users and will follow Service Delivery processes in place to meet business needs. This is a stakeholder-facing role, both internal and external, and requires establishing and managing expectations within the business, then guiding the IT team to meet those expectations to a high standard.

What We Expect of You, Day To Day:

You will be responsible, in part, for the following:

Managing completion of test cycles and the deployment of high-quality products to customers (including change requests, maintenance releases and new customer implementations)
Working with Development and Test managers to determine delivery dates

Monitoring deliverables and reporting on dates, issues and risks

Reporting to the Head of Delivery and Operations to mitigate risks and manage issues to ensure deadlines are met Running stand-ups Facilitating the clearing of blockers

Agreeing priority of tickets

Feeding into Development and Test resource allocation

Release readiness management

Handover to Operations Managing deployment to Production Ensuring production testing is complete before rolling out to the customer

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent organisational skills

Able to manage confidential information with discretion

Motivated and accountable

Able to manage, prioritise and allocate tasks and time efficiently

Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks

Excellent team management and people skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
