TSR Legal are proud to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Swansea, who are now seeking a Legal Cashier / Accounts Assistant to join their busy and friendly accounts team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with Solicitors Accounts experience or a background in accounting or finance who is looking to develop their career within the legal sector.

As a Legal Cashier / Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Processing entries into the firm's accounts system
• Liaising with lawyers and other departments to ensure accurate financial transactions
• Managing client payments for invoices and resolving related queries
• Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting colleagues within the accounts team and providing cover during absences

• Previous experience within a legal cashiering or finance role is highly desirable
• Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules is advantageous but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
