An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a growing Construction Developer that is involved in residential developments across Wales.
This role will focus on land acquisitions, development agreements and commercial property transactions, working closely with senior leadership and development teams to help progress projects and manage legal risk.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review and negotiate option agreements, conditional contracts and land acquisition documents.
* Advise on commercial property transactions, easements, overage agreements, and rights of way.
* Support development projects through planning agreements, Section 106 obligations and legal due diligence.
* Provide legal input on development agreements, joint ventures and funding arrangements.
* Assist with property finance documentation and security arrangements.
* Manage relationships with external law firms and legal advisors where specialist support is required.
* Work closely with development, commercial and finance teams to ensure deals progress smoothly.
* Provide commercially focused legal advice to support business growth and risk management.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in commercial property or development law.
* Strong knowledge of land transactions, property development, and planning-related agreements.
* Commercially minded with the ability to provide practical legal advice within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience dealing with developers, landowners, funders or housing associations is advantageous.
