Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.

Shift options:

• Saturday to Monday & Wednesday 08:30 - 18:00
• Wednesday to Saturday 08:30 - 18:00

Location: Parcel force Worldwide Swansea - SA7 0AQ

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year (£12.71 per hour)
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year (£13.94 per hour)
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday & Sunday weekend premium +£4.39 (Saturday) & +£6.58 (Sunday) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Monthly non pensionable addition to pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly driving allowance (£26.73 weekly)

• Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
• Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
• Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
• Providing a friendly, dependable service — whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
