Silver Crest Care is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Swansea home. You will lead the Maintenance Operative, coordinate external contractors, and ensure the building remains safe, well maintained, and welcoming for residents.
The role requires 2 years in building maintenance, strong health and safety knowledge (COSHH, risk assessments), and the ability to respond to emergencies. We offer training, EAP, and a supportive environment.
