LCV Technician (Ambulance Fleet) – Swansea
Salary: £20 per hour

Hours:

6am - 6pm - 4 on 4 off shift pattern

Contract:

Permanent

Must have a recognised Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.

Overview We are recruiting for an experienced LCV Technician to join a busy fleet workshop in Swansea, working primarily on Ambulances.

This role offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, competitive hourly rate, and the opportunity to play a vital part in keeping emergency service vehicles on the road.

This is hands-on, workshop-based work where reliability, accuracy and quality are essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repair work on Ambulances and other fleet vans

• Complete inspections, diagnostics and defect rectification in line with standards

• Maintain accurate job records and ensure compliance with DVSA requirements

• Work as part of a skilled team in a high-paced environment

What You’ll Need
• Level 3 qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds / IMI) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

• Previous experience working on vans or LCVs (Ambulance work an advantage but not essential)

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills with attention to detail

• Full UK driving licence
