Your new role is Reactive Supervisor at HMP Cardiff, a Category B local prison in the centre of Cardiff, Wales. You will lead frontline teams, oversee contractors, and drive performance across reactive maintenance, health and safety, and procurement functions.
You will monitor KPIs, ensure 90%+ targets, manage CAFM reporting, coordinate quotes, and support staffing while promoting a proactive safety culture on site.
