Managing a team of Payroll professional and guiding them through their payroll career Building strong relationships with new clients from day one, becoming their trusted payroll partner. As Manager driving a culture of positive change and delivering a first class payroll journey Ensuring all run results balance perfectly with new customers' previous payroll providers. Guiding clients on both service and system features, and developing key relationships Communicating clearly and concisely, always demonstrating excellent customer service.
