Tamworth, Alfreton or Solihull (Hybrid Working) Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 Basic  Bonus (OTE £110,000 - £125,000)

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Conveyancing to take the lead of a thriving Residential Conveyancing department with ambitious growth plans and strong backing from the wider business. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving performance, developing talent, and shaping the future of the department. With plans to double in size over the next 18 months , you'll play a key role in building what is set to become the firm's largest and most successful department.

Managing a team of approximately 10 direct reports and 25 consultants , you'll focus on leadership, strategy, operational excellence, and business development, while maintaining the highest standards of client service. What We're Looking For Qualified Solicitor with 10 years PQE . Extensive Residential Conveyancing experience. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Willingness to undertake occasional UK day travel.
