About the Role
As an Older Persons Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our Extra Care and Floating Support services. You will provide effective leadership across the Care Team, Front of House Service, Estates Team and Floating Support Team Leader, enabling the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services that promote independence, choice, wellbeing and positive outcomes.
With a strong customer-focused approach, the Older Persons Team Manager will lead responsive and compassionate services whilst driving innovation, service development and continuous improvement. Working closely with the Operational Manager of Extra Care & Support and the Head of Specialised Housing & Support, you will help shape the future of our services.
The Older Persons Team Manager will oversee housing management, support services, tenant engagement, health and safety compliance, partnership working and community development. You will build strong working relationships with Local Area Coordinators, Community Mental Health Teams, PCSOs, housing partners, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes.
You will also play a key role in embedding our psychologically informed and TrACE (Trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences) approaches across services.
