Antifriction is seeking a proactive Branch Support Manager for our Swansea branch (SA6 8RA
). You will assist the Branch Manager to ensure top quality customer service, run the branch efficiently, and maintain momentum in a busy environment.
You will engage with customers by phone, email and in person, use stock/order systems, and perform light warehouse tasks. IT literacy is important, and some leadership experience is useful for this in-person role.
