Managing the day-to-day performance of the branch Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team Carrying out valuations and securing new instructions Driving revenue, market share, and branch profitability Maintaining high standards of customer service Monitoring targets, pipelines, and performance metrics Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures Representing the business professionally within the local market What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within estate agency Strong background in residential sales and valuations Demonstrable success managing and developing a team Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills Professional, organised, and commercially aware Knowledge of the North Kent area advantageous Positive telephone manner and polished presentation Full UK driving licence essential Is this the role for you?
