Mc Cance Your  new company Maintenance Manager is a new role created from department growth to support the Engineering Manager with the day-to-day running and decision-making for the multi-skilled maintenance team. Consistent investment has created this opportunity to direct the team in a partially 'on the tools' role, working closely with the team. If a role investing in automation and growth is a challenge you are interested in delivering, then this could be a great opportunity to step up into a lead engineer or supervisor role.

Your new role Delegating the team to jobs, answering queries to prioritise workload and managing safety and contractors will feature in your day-to-day role. You will support on the floor to utilise resources to solve issues and have a more preventative maintenance focus.

What you'll need to succeed Experienced on both hands in multi-skilled maintenance within an FMCG capacity and also leadership of maintenance engineers in a production capacity.
