As a Facilities Manager in Perth and Kinross within the leisure, travel and tourism industry, you'll oversee the day–to–day management of facilities to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will play a key part in maintaining high standards and ensuring the safety and comfort of all users.

Description- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of facilities, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers to complete necessary works.
- Monitor budgets and control costs related to facilities management.
- Organise and oversee planned maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Handle procurement of equipment and supplies needed for facilities operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement or repair.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the site.
A successful Facilities Manager should have:
- Previous experience in a facilities management role, ideally within the leisure, travel and tourism industry.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational and budgeting skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem–solving skills and attention to detail.
- A salary ranging from 32,000 to 35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- A permanent contract within the leisure, travel and tourism industry.
