We're supporting a long-established Swansea manufacturer who are looking for a driven, hands-on Factory Manager to take ownership of multiple production teams and keep the factory running at peak performance. The Role Lead and motivate teams across fabrication, assembly, carpentry, paint & maintenance Stay visible on the shop floor, improving workflow and productivity Manage supervisors and ensure accountability across all departments Plan and adjust production schedules in a fast-moving environment Own quality control, inspections, and continuous improvement Be the lead authority for health & safety-ensuring safe, compliant operations Reduce rework, resolve production issues, and deliver on time, every time What You'll Need Experience in production or manufacturing management Background in manufacturing or construction-linked production Strong leadership skills and a practical, hands-on approach Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple teams
