Role & Responsibilities:

Set up and change tooling on injection moulding machines, ensuring correct configuration for each production run.
Monitor daily operations across multiple moulding machines, starting equipment and making performance‑improving adjustments as needed.
Operate machinery safely and effectively, troubleshooting issues and carrying out maintenance
Perform quality control checks, maintain accurate records and reports, and promptly escalate any issues to the supervisor.
Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, keeping machinery and work areas clean, organised and hazard‑free.

Knowledge,

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience working as an Injection Mould Setter, with strong knowledge of tooling, machine setup and process optimisation.
Ability to run and monitor multiple injection moulding machines simultaneously, ensuring consistent output and efficient production flow.
