Job Responsibilities

Carry out finishing tasks on manufactured products to ensure they meet quality standards
Inspect finished items for defects and ensure compliance with specifications
Operate finishing machinery and tools safely and efficiently
Apply surface treatments, coatings, or other finishing processes as required
Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency
Assist in the preparation of products for dispatch, including packaging and labelling
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Required

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in a finishing or manufacturing environment is preferred
Good attention to detail and high standards of quality assurance
Ability to operate finishing machinery and hand tools safely
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations within a manufacturing setting
Relevant certifications or training in finishing techniques or machinery operation are advantageous
Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and handle materials as required
