• Carry out finishing tasks on manufactured products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Inspect finished items for defects and ensure compliance with specifications
• Operate finishing machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Apply surface treatments, coatings, or other finishing processes as required
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Assist in the preparation of products for dispatch, including packaging and labelling
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

• Previous experience in a finishing or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Good attention to detail and high standards of quality assurance
• Ability to operate finishing machinery and hand tools safely
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations within a manufacturing setting
• Relevant certifications or training in finishing techniques or machinery operation are advantageous
• Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and handle materials as required
