Production Operator – Swansea
Full‑time | Monday–Friday | Weekly Pay
We are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Production Operators to join a busy manufacturing environment based in Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable hours, a supportive team, and long‑term work.
Shift Pattern- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
- Overtime available at enhanced rates on weekends
- £12.36 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Overtime paid at higher rates
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Following work instructions and quality standards
- Packing, assembling, and preparing products for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
