Competitive Dependent on Experience We are looking for an experienced Paint Technician / Vehicle Painter to join a well-established, independent automotive business in Twickenham. This is an owner-run business with an excellent reputation, operating its own professional bodyshop alongside its vehicle sales and aftersales operations, with manufacturer Authorised Repairer status. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Paint Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to join a stable, friendly business where quality is valued.

The Role As a Paint Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle paintwork and refinishing, including:
Preparing vehicles and panels for painting Masking and priming Colour matching and paint mixing Applying base coats and clear coats Refinishing repaired and replacement panels Polishing and finishing to a high standard Identifying and rectifying paint defects Ensuring completed vehicles meet the required quality standards Maintaining a clean and professional working environment

What Were Looking For We are looking for someone with proven professional bodyshop painting experience who is capable of producing consistently high-quality work. Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience as a Paint Technician / Vehicle Painter Strong preparation and refinishing skills Excellent colour-matching ability Experience working with modern paint systems A strong eye for detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pride in producing a high standard of finish

Experience with in a manufacturer-approved, franchised or high-quality independent bodyshop would be particularly advantageous. Why Join?
