Do you have experience in setting various production machinery?
Are you looking for a step up into more of a Team Lead role?
Hours of work are 22:00 : 06:00 Sunday to Thursday.
Your Main Focus Will Be To- set/run/maintain and changeover high output machines in line with production targets
- ensure that safe working practices are adhered to
- ensure machines are kept in a good safe working condition
- ensure the machines run to the required standards of quality and output
- ensure all documentation is in order and completed
- complete on:the:job training of other personnel
- monitor OEE
- ensure output quality level is met
- be involved in continuous improvement activities : such as increase in up:time/decrease in downtime
- keep accurate information regarding the fault and downtime
- monitor raw material usage and quality
This is a hands on role for someone who has a passion to succeed and improve and bring a team with them on the journey
There is free on site parking with easy access to the site.
