Williams F1 Team is seeking a CAM Programmer/Machine Operator to join the Prototype Machine Shop. You’ll program and machine complex components for wind tunnel models, testing jigs, fixtures, and occasionally the race car itself.
Role emphasizes turning CAD designs into first-off parts, meeting deadlines, and collaborating across teams to optimise production. Weekend shift Fridays to Sundays, 06:30–18:30, with potential additional tasks as needed.
