Hybrid is looking for a talented commercial writer to join our growing bid team and help us win new university partnerships across the UK, US and beyond. If you love turning complex ideas into clear, persuasive writing this role is for you.
Hybrid is a full‑service marketing partner for the education sector – backed by unrivalled insight, advanced technology and AI‑driven enrolment strategies. With teams across six countries and over 16 years of dedicated experience in higher education, our integrated marketing solutions help education brands grow worldwide.
What You’ll Do- Combine research with team knowledge.
- Coordinate workflow and deadlines.
- Pull together information from across the business.
- Keep up with marketing and education trends.
- Proof, refine and strengthen your work.
- Excellent persuasive writing skills.
- Strong analytical and data‑interpretation ability.
- Confident collaborating across different teams.
- Proactive and curious.
- Experience with marketing, media or education (bonus).
- Work with a global, mission‑driven agency.
