This fast-growing B2B organisation is scaling with intent — investing in brand, systems and partnerships to build long-term, sustainable growth. With an ambitious leadership team and a clear commercial vision, they’re creating a business where marketing is a true growth driver, not a support function.

And you? You’re an experienced Head of Marketing or senior growth leader with a strong B2B background, ideally in SME or SMB markets. You’re hands‑on across demand generation, digital channels, content, CRM and lifecycle marketing, with deep Hub Spot expertise covering automation, segmentation and reporting. You’ve built brands, scaled acquisition funnels, launched partner or affiliate networks and thrive in fast-growth environments where ownership, pace and impact matter.

This is a senior, high-impact role with genuine autonomy and influence. You’ll own the full marketing strategy, budget and performance, shaping everything from brand positioning to conversion optimisation. There’s scope to build and lead a high-performing team over time, experiment with channels and partnerships, and work closely with leadership to drive measurable growth.
