We have a fabulous opportunity based in Surrey for an experienced Assistant or Junior Brand Manager to join a lovely company operating in the sustainable and healthy foods space. Dedicated to Innovation with a strong sense of purpose, this established business has a portfolio of much loved and instantly recognisable brands, and offers the opportunity for you to contribute to the growth of the business whilst honing your marketing skills.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute brand plans aligned with business objectives
• Work on innovation pipelines and analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Lead new product launches from concept through to market
• Analyse market trends and retailer data to identify growth opportunities
• Manage advertising and promotional budgets effectively and strategically
• Maintain brand presence across social media and digital platforms

• Experience working in FMCG Brand Management in the UK
• Passion for food, brands and sustainability
• Strong commercial and data interpretation skills
• Collaborative approach; able to engage stakeholders and influence across teams
• Proactive, organised and with excellent project management capabilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Permanent right to work in the UK – Post Study Work Visa not acceptable for this role
