About The Position

(this post is covering maternity leave)
Sitting within our Award Winning E-commerce Team, the Graphics & Email Marketing Lead will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and executing effective email marketing campaigns to engage our customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience with Klaviyo, our email marketing platform, and be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. This role requires a blend of creative design skills and technical email marketing expertise to drive customer engagement and sales through our online channels.

• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Create and manage email marketing calendars to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Segment email lists and tailor content to target specific customer groups.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Develop Au Vodka’s flows to be visually compelling and relevant to the Au target demographic.
• Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics for email campaigns and other digital marketing materials.
• Ensure all designs adhere to Au Vodka’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to create compelling visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
• Content Creation: Write engaging and persuasive email copy that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Work closely with the content team to develop creative concepts and content strategies.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of email marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Use A/B testing to improve email performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Provide regular reports and insights to your line manager.

• Education & Experience:
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in email marketing or graphic design, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
