We are your growth partner.
The RoleWe're looking for a detail-obsessed, commercially curious and highly organised Paid Media Executive to take hands-on ownership of campaign delivery across a portfolio of Ouma clients.
This is an execution-first, high-impact role spanning campaign build, optimisation, tracking, QA, budget management and reporting. You'll be in the platforms every day, building campaigns, testing creative and copy, watching pacing, spotting what's working and making the changes that improve performance.
You'll work closely with Marketing Managers, internal teams, media partners and our expert network to make sure every pound of client media budget works as hard as it can.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Build & Delivery
You'll be responsible for getting campaigns live accurately, on time and to brief, across paid search, paid social and display.
You will:
Build and launch campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other paid channels
Set up campaign structures, audiences, targeting, bidding and budgets
Write and traffic ad copy, and upload creative to specification
Complete thorough pre-launch QA on every campaign before it goes live
Ensure activity is delivered on time, to plan and to a high standard
Optimisation & Performance
You'll own the day-to-day health of the accounts in your portfolio, making the incremental improvements that compound into meaningful results.
You will:
Monitor campaign performance daily and act on what the data shows
Optimise bids, budgets, audiences, placements, keywords and negatives
Plan and run structured tests across creative, copy, landing pages and targeting
Identify underperformance early and take action before it becomes an issue
Bring recommendations, not just observations, to your Marketing Manager
Tracking, QA & Troubleshooting
You'll make sure we can trust the numbers, because performance work is only as good as the measurement behind it.
You will:
Implement and validate conversion tracking across platforms
Work with Google Tag Manager and GA4 to set up and troubleshoot tags and events
Maintain consistent UTM and naming conventions across all activity
Investigate discrepancies between platforms and analytics
Flag and resolve tracking issues quickly and clearly
Budget & Partner Management
You'll keep spend accurate, on pace and accounted for.
You will:
Track budgets and pacing across accounts, weekly and monthly
Flag over- and under-delivery early, with a recommended course of action
Support media booking and liaison with platform reps and media partners
Keep budget trackers, plans and documentation accurate and up to date
Support the accurate reconciliation of media spend
Reporting & Insight
You'll help clients and colleagues understand what happened, why it happened and what should happen next.
You will:
Build and maintain reporting dashboards and templates
Pull accurate performance data and prepare it for client reporting
Write clear performance commentary that explains the story behind the numbers
Focus on meaningful commercial metrics rather than vanity metrics
Contribute insights and recommendations into client performance conversations
Growth & Development
You'll play an active role in raising the standard of paid media at Ouma and in your own capability.
You will:
Spot opportunities to improve client performance and flag them proactively
Keep pace with platform changes, betas and new formats
Maintain platform certifications and share learning with the wider team
Contribute to new business pitches and media plans where relevant
Work alongside Ouma's Expert Network to sharpen your own craft
We're looking for someone who is genuinely interested in performance, comfortable in the detail, and reliable under pressure. You don't need to have seen everything yet, but you do need to care…
