We are seeking a confident, compassionate Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN or RNLD) to join the team and lead a nursing roster across two wards, with a focus on risk management and recovery.
You will manage medication, develop individual care plans in line with NMC guidelines, and supervise staff while working with a multidisciplinary team to drive service improvement and patient
