Responsibilities- Oversee every facet of restaurant operations, including customer service, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
- Inspire team members to provide exceptional dining experiences.
- Ensure cooking and food preparation procedures meet quality criteria.
- Guarantee adherence to food safety laws and uphold strict hygienic standards across the property.
- Collaborate with the culinary crew to develop menus, produce food, and accommodate specific dietary needs.
- Respond to questions, grievances, and comments to increase client satisfaction.
- Track financial performance, including budgeting, cost containment, and sales goals.
- Plan training courses to help employees improve their culinary and customer service abilities.
- Preserve a friendly environment that embodies our brand values and improves the visitor experience.
- Demonstrated supervisory expertise in a restaurant or other hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate employees and promote cooperation.
- Extensive restaurant experience and familiarity with cooking, food safety regulations, and food preparation.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation procedures, and hospitality best practices.
- Outstanding organisational abilities and the capacity to multitask well under duress.
- Strong communication abilities to interact with employees, vendors, and clients with assurance.
- Prior barista or service experience is beneficial.
- Preferred prior hotel or culinary expertise; a committed individual who wants to provide excellent service in a fast‑paced setting is needed.
