Responsibilities

  • Track financial performance, including budgeting, cost containment, and sales goals.
  • Plan training courses to help employees improve their culinary and customer service abilities.

Skills
  • Demonstrated supervisory expertise in a restaurant or other hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate employees and promote cooperation.
  • Extensive restaurant experience and familiarity with cooking, food safety regulations, and food preparation.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation procedures, and hospitality best practices.
  • Outstanding organisational abilities and the capacity to multitask well under duress.
  • Strong communication abilities to interact with employees, vendors, and clients with assurance.
  • Prior barista or service experience is beneficial.
