JD Sports Fashion Plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a FTSE 100 company. We are looking for a Seasonal Store Colleague to join our team in Wales.

This is an expression of interest application. When our seasonal roles go live, we will contact you with instructions to apply formally. You will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience and supporting our sales and KPI targets.

• Provide a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
• Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets by staying knowledgeable on current trends, in‑store promotions and store processes.
• Drive sales, ensuring targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
• Utilise in‑store devices, offering customers the full product range and providing alternatives and add‑on sales.
• Replenish stock levels when needed, ensuring the full‑size range is available on the shop floor.
• Price products correctly.
• Deputise for other staff, work across departments, or carry out other duties as required.
• Represent JD Sports in the most professional manner and conduct work safely and responsibly.

• Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Actively drive sales to support the store in meeting and exceeding financial goals.
• Ensure the timely and accurate replenishment of stock on the shop floor to maintain optimal product availability.
