Retail Assistant – Part Time, Evenings & Weekends

Position:
Permanent part‑time retail assistant at Farmfoods, Parc Tawe, Swansea. Minimum 12 hours across 3 days a week, including weekday evenings and all day Saturday and Sunday.

  12 hours across 3 days per week.
• Pay:
• 16‑20 years old: £10.10 per hour
• 21+ years old: £12.31 per hour
• Contract:
  
  Permanent Part‑time (PTRA)
• Schedule:
  
  Flexible; rotations are planned 3 weeks in advance.

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offer pack‑up help, and leave a positive impression with a friendly thank‑you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care, work deliveries, quickly place products into freezers and onto shelves for customer purchase.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean, and tidy.

• Enjoy being busy; can juggle deliveries, till service, customer assistance, cleaning, and stock rotation.
