Store Assistant

Position:
Store Assistant (Swansea Cwmdu)
• 10 hours per week, local commute required. Store hours 7 AM–8 PM.

• Act as the friendly face of Toolstation, help customers find the right products.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, and keep the store clean.
• Prepare orders and maintain accurate inventory.
• Provide outstanding customer service during busy periods.
• Ask the right questions to understand customers’ projects.
• Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
