Lush Swansea is seeking a Supervisor to lead a vibrant team, deliver exceptional customer service, and create memorable experiences across peak seasons. You will coach the sales team, maintain store standards, and work closely with the store manager to achieve targets while fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
With 24 hours per week and weekend work, you will help organise events, support training, and ensure health and safety on the shop floor.
