Aftersales Coordinator (Kitchen Industry) Near Swansea | Office-Based | Full-Time Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Aftersales Coordinator to join the team of a successful kitchen company near Swansea. This is a fast-paced, office-based role supporting customers after their kitchen installation and helping to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. You'll be joining a friendly and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities Managing customer aftersales enquiries via email and telephone Resolving installation, product and service issues promptly and professionally Coordinating remedial works, repairs and replacement orders Liaising with installers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently Supporting customers throughout the aftersales process and keeping them updated Prioritising and managing a busy inbox, responding to enquiries in a timely manner Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems Identifying solutions and driving issues through to completion About You Previous experience in an aftersales, customer service or installations role within the kitchen industry Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and installers Solution-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills What's on Offer?
