The Range is recruiting a Duty Manager for our Swansea store. You will support the Store Manager and Deputies, coach frontline staff, and ensure outstanding customer service and store standards.
In this role you will oversee daily store operations, lead from the front, manage health and safety, stock presentation and compliance, and drive a positive, proactive team environment in a fast-paced retail setting.
