Sales Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager position based in Neath Abbey. The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and promoting PHC Group’s diverse range of services. Additional responsibilities include managing client accounts, leading negotiations, providing customized solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves market research and strategic planning to achieve sales targets and align with the company’s goals.

• Proven expertise in sales, account management, and client relations
• Knowledge and experience in construction, structural steel, renewables, and large-scale industrial projects
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to create and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Team collaboration and leadership skills, with experience managing sales goals and targets
• Proficiency in market research and identifying business opportunities
• Experience with CRM software and standard sales tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Swansea Area
