Compensation: Commission-based with highly competitive percentages per closed charter

Worth Pattern: Remote

TARCG Aviation is currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to work with our client on a freelance/remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing charter sales, sourcing aircraft, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, an established network of operators, and a proven track record in private or commercial aviation charter sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, attract, and manage new and existing clients requiring private, cargo, group, or medical charter services.
  • Source and quote appropriate aircraft options from global operators, ensuring best-fit solutions based on client needs, budget, and timing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with aircraft operators and suppliers to ensure availability, pricing competitiveness, and service quality.
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize charter agreements, ensuring all parties understand obligations and terms.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of each flight—from inquiry and confirmation to pre-flight logistics and post-flight follow-up—ensuring seamless execution.
  • Ensure all charter operations comply with international aviation standards, client preferences, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in private jet charter brokerage (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft types, aviation regulations, and charter procedures
  • Established network of operators and suppliers
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and quoting tools is a plus
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous
