We’re looking for driven, ambitious individuals who love picking up the phone, building pipelines and creating opportunities. This isn’t a client‑servicing role—it’s about being proactive, hunting for opportunities and playing a key part in helping people access the right financial advice.
What you’ll be doing- Speaking with inbound leads from our marketing team to qualify and book appointments with advisers
- Generating your own leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Driving activity and hitting weekly and monthly targets
- Staying organised and on top of follow‑ups and next steps
- Supporting the team on sales initiatives to help scale the business
- Ideally at the start of their career, 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation or telesales (hunger and ambition are valued as much as experience)
- Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep your pipeline moving
- A true hunter mentality—proactive, persistent and motivated to succeed
- Uncapped commission, OTE £50k in the first year
