DescriptionDo you want to join an international team in the UKI within an innovative fast-paced medical device company? Grab your chance and make good use of your business develop skills and passion for content and communication! As a DSO Key Account Manager for large accounts, you will report to the Head of DSO, UKI. You will be responsible for the definition and delivery of commercial strategies within the key DSO accounts.
In your role, you will drive sales of Align products in large accounts – DSO’s (Dental Service Organisations). You will do this through Collaboration, Practice Development, Key Account Management, and Service initiatives.
- Understand the DSO environment, their workflows and structures.
- Liaise directly with DSO Area Management teams to design, build and drive joint implementation plans within the group to drive growth.
- Play an essential part in achieving the company’s business objectives, by directly (and indirectly) driving sales growth, and improving our overall profitability across both the GP and Ortho channels.
- Liaise with ASMs to lead and drive the sales team’s activities within the key DSOs across their areas, ensuring that DSO customers are a key part of planning activities and growth programmes.
- Generate long term relationships with Area/Regional group management within our key DSO partners acting as KAM lead in assigned accounts.
- Have a strong working relationship with Sales, Marketing and Clinical Education departments.
- Lead the implementation of Align’s Practice Development Program and Digital Platform adoption, designed to support our customers in the management of their dental centres, both from a marketing and organisational perspective. This also includes defining appropriate support materials and training programs for the sales team, as well as working in close collaboration with customers.
- Build excellence in iTero roll out and implementation plans.
- Be directly involved in sales calls with key customers and define the strategy to grow those customers.
- Design and input into effective processes to enhance our finance, operations and business metrics to provide solid business support.
- Maintain high level conversations with group and industry´s stakeholders.
- Have a leadership role with the dedicated salesforce and support team.
- Be a team player, high motivated and dedicated person.
- Demonstrate experience in relevant roles within sales and/or marketing management of healthcare-related technology products.
- Work experience in a medical device business.
- Experience of developing and successfully implementing strategy with Sr customers.
- Experience of opportunity management.
- Project management experience with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment highly desired.
- BS/BA required, preferably in healthcare, technology or business-related field. MBA is considered a plus.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills, plus creativity to accomplish delivery of product in timely manner. You naturally strive for the best performance and you have the willingness to learn. Additionally you are a good team player, dynamic, optimistic, accurate, result oriented, hardworking and creative.

- Willing to travel nationally up to 60%.
