- Lead all hospital sales activity across the territory
- Develop and implement strategic account plans
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers and opinion leaders
- Deliver clinically focused product education and training
- Monitor performance, gather market intelligence and update CRM
- Ensure full compliance with ABPI, Pharmacovigilance and company SOPs
- Proven pharmaceutical sales success within a complex NHS environment
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic approach
- Confident communicator able to influence at all levels
- Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
