This is primarily a telephone-based sales position where you'll engage with UK businesses, introduce our services, build lasting relationships, and convert prospects into long-term subscription clients. You'll benefit from a consistent flow of warm inbound enquiries, alongside opportunities to generate your own leads through our established presence within industry-focused Facebook communities. Using a consultative sales approach, you'll identify each client's needs and recommend the most suitable compliance package for their business.

Key Responsibilities Contact prospective clients to introduce and promote our compliance services Manage inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into long-term customers Identify client requirements through effective questioning and active listening Recommend suitable subscription packages based on individual business needs Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships Develop and nurture leads through online communities and networking opportunities Work collaboratively with colleagues while promoting company values and culture Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives About You We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in sales (minimum 1 year preferred) Confident, professional, and personable when communicating with clients Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven Skilled at building rapport and developing long-term relationships Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple opportunities effectively Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
