Sales Coordinator

Location:

Mumbles, Swansea SA3 Area Salary: £23,800 - £25,800 (Dependent on Experience)

Hours:

Full Time - 35 hours per week Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm, plus one Saturday morning per month (9:00am - 1:30pm) with time off in lieu. We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to become an integral part of a busy and successful sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, supporting colleagues, and delivering outstanding service to customers. You'll play a key role in keeping the sales operation running smoothly, working alongside an experienced and supportive team while benefiting from ongoing training and genuine opportunities for career progression. What You'll Be Doing As Sales Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing essential administrative and operational support to the sales team, including:
Answering incoming sales enquiries and managing the sales email inbox. Booking appointments and managing diaries. Providing a warm, professional welcome to clients visiting the office. Supporting the sales team and management with day-to-day administration. Preparing reports relating to sales performance and departmental activity. Creating and maintaining accurate customer and property records. Processing client paperwork and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.

Carrying out compliance checks, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. Coordinating marketing requirements such as EPCs and sales boards. Monitoring sales progression and maintaining CRM systems. Taking minutes during team meetings. Managing office keys and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the branch. Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales journey. What We're Looking For We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator or similar administrative support role. Experience working within a busy, fast-paced office environment. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.

Outstanding customer service skills and a professional manner. A full UK driving licence.

Desirable Experience

Experience with in the property or estate agency sector would be advantageous, along with knowledge of:
