You’ll represent the business at a senior level in the UK and overseas, with travel at roughly one week a month.

• Lead, mentor and develop the external sales and customer service teams.

• Act as the senior commercial face of the business with strategic global accounts.
• Negotiate and manage customer contracts and resolve commercial disputes.
• Work with new business development to transition new opportunities into sustainable production.

• Senior commercial leadership experience within a manufacturing or engineering business.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering profitable growth and margin improvement.
• Strong contract negotiation and commercial governance capability, ideally across strategic international accounts.
