What you'll do as the Commercial Director

You'll set the commercial direction and turn new opportunities into profitable, lasting business.

• Lead, mentor and develop the external sales and customer service teams.
• Own the pricing and commercial strategy to grow revenue and margin.
• Act as the senior commercial face of the business with strategic global accounts.
• Negotiate and manage customer contracts and resolve commercial disputes.
• Work with new business development to transition new opportunities into sustainable production.
