Our client, a leading name in their industry, is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly and dedicated team. In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey - building strong relationships with distributors, managing orders from enquiry to completion, and helping to drive business growth through excellent service and proactive sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with distributors. Manage customer orders and enquiries from start to finish. Prepare and process orders and quotations within agreed deadlines. Recommend suitable products, negotiate terms, and provide accurate quotations. Follow up quotations to secure orders and update the Customer Service Manager. Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise profitability. Monitor sales trends and take proactive action where needed.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Results-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented. Confident communicator with excellent telephone and written skills. Strong organisational ability with great attention to detail. Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities. Team player who can also work independently. Proficient in IT systems and quick to learn new software.
