The Opportunity:

Audi Swansea, part of the Sinclair Group, is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our successful Sales Team.

Representing one of the world's most progressive and desirable automotive brands, you'll help customers discover Audi's premium range of vehicles, cutting-edge technology, and exceptional driving experience. From first enquiry to vehicle handover, you'll deliver an outstanding customer journey while building lasting relationships and achieving sales success.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting customers with new and used vehicle enquiries
• Guiding customers through the entire buying journey
• Achieving vehicle sales targets and maximising finance, insurance and additional product opportunities
• Generating new business through prospecting, networking and digital channels
  
  Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Audi products and innovations
• Managing vehicle handovers and ensuring compliance with all sales processes and regulations

What we're looking for

We're interested in motivated individuals with a passion for customer service and sales. Previous automotive sales experience is advantageous but not essential.

You'll have:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence to convert enquiries into sales opportunities
• A professional and customer-focused approach
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
• A willingness to learn and develop your product knowledge
