Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to surpass sales targets and objectives Develop and implement policies to enhance profitability across vehicle, finance, insurance, and accessory sales Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Oversee vehicle purchasing processes and stock control Work closely with senior management to optimise operational efficiency and cost management Ensure process adherence and improve forecourt management standards Lead by example, embodying the brand values to inspire your team and deliver exceptional customer service Requirements of the Car Sales Manager:
