Whether you’ve recently finished education or have worked in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, waitressing or warehouse work, we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Cardiff team as Sales Assistants this winter.

With the busy season approaching, this is an ideal chance to strengthen your communication skills, grow professionally and work within a supportive, motivated team.

If you’re new to sales, that’s completely fine. We offer full training and ongoing support to help you succeed. All you need is a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Average weekly earnings: £450-£600

Potential annual earnings: £24,000-£30,000

With uncapped commission, your earnings grow as your performance improves.

Work with established UK companies across B2B, residential and event-based campaigns. Build your communication skills while helping brands reach new customers.

Take part in national and international business trips, networking events and company travel, with eligible expenses covered.

Customer Engagement
- Speak with customers face-to-face, build rapport, raise brand awareness and generate sales.

Promoting Campaigns
- Introduce customers to exciting products, services and seasonal promotions.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with your team, share ideas and support each other’s growth.

Personal Development
- Take part in regular coaching sessions and hands-on training.

Winter Campaigns
- Contribute to high-energy seasonal promotions during the busy winter period.
