Adult Social Worker, Home First Team, South Wales Pay rate to £38.43 per hour Contract role - Home First Team Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult Social Worker in South Wales. This is to work in a Home First Team and is primarily based in Morriston Hospital, but may also cover Singleton, Neath Port Talbot and Gorseinon. Please get in touch for more information.
