A leading recruitment agency is looking for an Asset Manager to assist with the implementation of MRI's Housing Asset Management system. The role requires extensive knowledge of the MRI system and previous experience in social housing. Responsibilities include overseeing projects and supporting staff on using MRI effectively. This position offers flexible hours (3-5 days a week) and a hybrid work model.
The day rate is between £450-£500 and the contract is interim (minimum 6-12 months).
